Information we collect on this website
When you request a demo or contact us, we collect the details you enter: your name, clinic name, phone (WhatsApp) number, email address, city, number of doctors, preferred way to be contacted and your message.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may also record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and reliability.
Information we process for clinics
When a clinic uses ClinicDesk, we process appointment information on the clinic's behalf — such as a patient's name, WhatsApp number and appointment details — so that patients can book, reschedule and cancel appointments.
The clinic decides how that information is used. ClinicDesk handles scheduling only and does not provide medical advice.
How we use information
We use the information you give us to reply to you, arrange demos, provide and improve the service, keep it secure and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run ClinicDesk, including cloud hosting, a managed database and the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. They process information only to provide their services to us.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests and messages only as long as needed to follow up and for our records. Clinic data is kept for as long as the clinic uses ClinicDesk, or as agreed with the clinic.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections and role-based permissions to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep your data safe.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies needed for it to work, such as keeping our team signed in to the admin area. We don't use advertising cookies.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you've shared with us. Patients of a clinic should contact that clinic first, and we'll help the clinic respond.
